Pool Heating is optional, but recommended between October to April at £20 per night minimum 7 nights
We prefer no more than 9 guests.
We require a refundable security deposit of £200 this is to cover any breakages or damages, subject to management checking over the villa. If there is an extreme clean required or excessive use of electricity this will be taken from the security deposit. Normally refunded within 21 days of departure from the villa.
A Booking Deposit of £150 per week is required, non refundable, this secures your chosen dates.
Booking Forms, Terms and conditions are sent at time of booking and need to be completed and signed with relevant information.
The booking deposit can be paid electronically.
The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Again this can be paid electronically.
Cot available at no extra charge.
All rates are for the villa – not per person.

Low Season January and February From £995 per week excluding High Season exceptions listed below.
Mid Season March, April, May, June, September, October, November (but excluding any High season exceptions) From £1095
High Season July, August, Easter, UK School Half Term Holiday Weeks, Bank Holidays, Thanksgiving and New Year Period From £1195. Pro rata daily if different seasons.
There may be discounts available for low occupancy and length of stay.
Optional Pool heating is £140 per week, recommend October – April
Rates include sales and tourist taxes and final clean.
