Hampton lakes, Davenport Florida. Orlando's premier resort style community.

We are the proud owners of a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom villa (our dreams really did come true)

We invite you to take a sneak preview. The villa sleeps 10 plus crib comfortably it has a screened swimming pool / Jacuzzi overlooking the lake with ornamental fountain, ( an extremely sunny position) you can watch the sun rise and sun set - a truly remarkable sight.

We are ideally located on highway 27 with easy access to theme parks,
(Disney 15 mins) supermarkets, restaurants some within 5 mins drive.

There is a 24 hour pharmacy, hospital (medical centre) about 7-10 mins drive.

The interstate 4 and highway 192 are about 7-10 mins drive.

Without doubt the number one activity is golf, with almost 150 courses within an hour's drive of Orlando. (There are over 20 golf courses within 30 mins of Hampton lakes and the nearest, "Highlands Reserve" is only 5 mins drive away.

There are a considerable amount of activities around the area such as fishing, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing, and windsurfing.
There is also an abundance of lakes and rivers, in fact far too many to mention by name.

From Sanford airport/Orlando airport, take 417 south and stay on it until it becomes interstate 4 (1-4 west). Once on 1-4 west you will take exit 55. Head North on highway 27 about 3,8 miles and on your right you will see a wall with the Hampton lakes sign.
Please note the 417 is a toll road you will need about $10 in change.

The Villa

1st master bedroom with queen sized bed, cable TV. Just off the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom, twin wash basins, roman tub, shower unit and W.C.

2nd master bedroom with queen sized bed, TV/VCR, this room is decorated in a seashore theme. The en-suite has a shower unit, single washbasin, and W.C.

Bedroom 3, has twin beds and is light and airy main colours lilac, lemon.

Bedroom 4, bunk beds ideal for the children, what better than the cartoon characters for company, Mickey, Minnie, Tweety Pie, Sylvester, etc.

Bedroom 5, this is a Queen bed, marine life is the theme, hopefully bringing tranquillity to our guests who choose this room. There is also a cot (crib) ready for the infant.

A third bathroom services upstairs bedrooms.

Utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Dining area, why not enjoy your family meals together. Seating for 8

The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, crockery, utensils etc. Etc. What more could you ask for. Breakfast nook with seating for 4.
there is also a highchair for the youngster at no extra cost.

Sitting room/family room there are two large sofas, cable TV/VCR with a good selection of videos.
There are books games and some toys.

Linen and towels are also provided. Hairdryers are located in the bathrooms.

The extended pool/Jacuzzi area, overlooking the lake.
Absolutely wonderful to relax around, just watching the wildlife. In the evenings you can light up the pool area. You can also see fireworks in distance from one of the Disney theme parks.

Estate facilities, communal pool where you can meet up with your friends or indeed make new friends.
Tennis courts, basketball volleyball and small children's play area.

Located in our villa garage there are tennis rackets, balls, basket ball for your use.
